Your Right to Data Deletion

At Leadflow, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This includes all data collected from connected third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and any data generated by our Service (reports, insights, dashboard configurations).

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All advertising data imported from connected platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • AI-generated insights and recommendations
  • Reports and dashboard configurations
  • Usage data and analytics associated with your account
  • Any data received via Meta Platform APIs

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction and billing records (as required by tax and financial regulations)
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service
  • Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@leadflow.bot with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Leadflow account.

Option 2: In-App Request

Log into your Leadflow account, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the prompts to initiate deletion.

Option 3: Data Deletion Callback (Meta)

If you connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to Leadflow, you can also initiate data deletion directly from your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites → Leadflow → Remove. This triggers an automatic data deletion callback on our end.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your data deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Meta Platform Data

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, all data received through Meta APIs will be deleted upon your request, including but not limited to:

  • Ad account data and campaign metrics
  • Audience and targeting information
  • Conversion and performance data
  • Any derived data or insights generated from Meta platform data

We will also revoke all Meta API access tokens associated with your account upon deletion.
